Flexible and Intuitive Operating Software
WorldView operating software controls the automation and performance of DIGI Europe Ltd machine functionalities. The intuitive software is easy to use, making it ideal for any environment. As well as an expansive setup structure, WorldView has the ability for external data collection and remote programming, meeting the expectations for Industry 4.0 and allowing easy integration into existing systems.

Remote Product and Label Management
WorldViewWeb is a browser-based application with all product-related fields in WorldView and Professor Label accessible to edit and update. Changes are instantly replicated to all connected machines, data can also be re-initialised manually.
Some field data can be scheduled to update at a specific time, allowing intervals such as promotional offers to be a time-limited change without the need to constantly update the central database.
Data Collection and Reporting
WorldView Connect provides data reporting and displays pack and batch information from connected machines.
Linked with Server Data Collector (SDC) to provide a seamless integration between connected machines and back-office analytics. Data is displayed through user-friendly webpages, real-time dashboards, widgets and graphs. Comprehensive reports allow analysis of per-pack, batch and OEE data for product and trend information.
Machine Downtime Monitoring
Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a built-in, licensed, module of WorldView that works with QuickSend to report reasons of downtime.
Events such as label roll change, staff break or an unexpected incident elsewhere on the line will trigger a pop up screen in the operation mode, allowing the operator to record and report the downtime to the back-office.

Helping to manage compliant and effective label design, Professor Label links with WorldView and WorldViewWeb to ensure data such as barcodes, dates, prices, images, ingredients and bespoke fields remain available across both applications.

Remote System Control
External Command is a built-in feature of WorldView and can be configured with back-office ERP systems to read, write, and delete tables and dynamic field data directly in WorldView.

- Read and write dynamic system field data, which is the value or entry against a field in the currently selected (live PLU)
- Control some physical machine aspects, including PLU selection, label feed and conveyor control
